Joey Falco (writing as J.T. Falco) is an author, screenwriter, and showrunner who recently wrapped up a four-year run on the CW’s Charmed, during which he rose through the ranks to become Co-Showrunner. He currently has an adaptation of bestselling author Sarah Pinborough’s Dead to Her in development with Tracy Oliver at Peacock (re-titled Savannah), and his first feature, a romantic comedy called Common People, is in development at Amazon with Berlanti Productions. He served as creator/showrunner of a pilot for ABC—a legal thriller called Judgement, starring Sarah Shahi and Reid Scott, and directed by Paul McGuigan. He started his career on the writing staff of shows like Heroes Reborn, Sleepy Hollow, and Treadstone.
His debut novel, BLOOD ON THE VINE, is forthcoming from Crooked Lane Books. He’s also a three-time Jeopardy champion, a Humanitas Prize winner, a WSET Level 2 Sommelier, and a dad to his two-year-old daughter, Gigi.
