Samuel McClure, PhD, is a psychology professor and directs the Decision Neuroscience Lab at Arizona State University. Previously at Stanford University, he has been an international expert in the neuroscience of judgment and decision-making for more than twenty years. He published the seminal papers that helped launch the field of neuroeconomics. McClure earned his doctorate in neuroscience from Baylor College of Medicine, and completed postdoctoral training at Princeton University, where he met Kim on his first day at work.
